Dear Administrator, I am writing to request that you unblock my access to Wikipedia. I understand that my access may have been blocked for a legitimate reason, but I assure you that I will follow all of the site's policies and guidelines going forward. I am a frequent user of Wikipedia and I value the information and resources that it provides. I apologize for any actions on my part that may have led to my access being blocked, and I am committed to making sure that it does not happen again. I would greatly appreciate it if you would consider unblocking my access to the site so that I can continue to contribute and learn from it. I am a new contributor here. I was desperate to publish a page and when I failed I was frustrated. I tried multiple times by correction some simple errors. Because, I couldn't find the actual error. I promise you, I will not publish any article for advertising purpose and won't do anything that is considered as Spam. I study in an university. I have used public wi-fi. So, my IP address changed multiple times. Next time i will use my home wi-fi only. I want to say that, this is my first mistake. Please give me a second chance.
