It is almost impossible to write an article without having multiple independent sources to draw from. In fact, you've only got one real source (the Vimeo source is probably not a valid source and it didn't work for me). Additionally, and importantly, the main source appears to be owned and/or controlled by the subject so does not qualify as a source except for very limited purposes. I'm sorry to report this but I really think this should be deleted and you should start over but first identify several independent reliable sources before starting to write your own text. I originally thought it might be good to give you a chance to fix this, but even if that is done will have to do a revision delete on the early versions, and there is almost nothing that can be salvaged that isn't traced to a non-reliable source, so I have decided to delete and encourage you to start over in a better way.--S Philbrick(Talk) 19:53, 7 August 2015 (UTC)

Sakhalinio I can put it on Valued image both, so people will decide, if you want too. But its hard with compact camera to make any good shot inside Arena. Low light. But composition is good. --PetarM (talk) 20:41, 21 February 2018 (UTC)

Map on the Armenian articles
Hello, Sorry for the reverts. I recently discovered on French Wikipedia the use of this map, pushed by DoomZZz on multiple articles and in multiple languages. He has been blocked for being a sock puppet. After being reverted (as you can see here for instance), an anonymous IP put it there again (see here) but this time it stayed in the article. This map is the exact same as this one here and, as you can see on the discussion page, some people (me included) dispute its truthfulness. One of the argument presented to keep it on Commons is "This file could still be of educational value to show that the census was falsified"; it can then still be used, but not in the way DoomZZz and the anonymous IP used it, that is to say as an illustration of the Armenian population in the late Ottoman Empire, because it's clearly not accurate. Hope that clears it up -- RSVartanian (talk • contribs) 21:05, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hi @talk) 21:15, 23 April 2020 (UTC)]
- I don't understand what you mean by "new deletion request". If you mean on Commons, it has not been deleted because it is a historical document. What I tried to explain to you is that the information contained on this historical map created by the tzarist government is not reliable, especially today, more than 100 years later. Furthermore, it has been pushed by accounts especially created to push this particular map. So I don't think it should be featured on Wikipedia articles about the Ottoman Armenian population, because it will be misread by readers and seen as truth when it is not. This map has already been deleted on the articles I deleted it from: what I did has already been done by other users. So I don't understand why you think it should stay when "70.168.2.2" put it back in September (see here) without justification while I presented you with evidence it is dubious at best and should not be here RSVartanian (talk • contribs) 21:28, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
- Hi @talk) 21:35, 23 April 2020 (UTC)]
- I understand, but why feature it at all then? All historical maps shouldn't be put on Wikipedia to describe current knowledge. For example, you wouldn't put a map of America created in the Renaissance period in the "America" article to describe America, would you? Also, it makes no sense to put "this map can be not reliable" under it, especially after DoomZZz and "70.168.2.2" did not do it themselves. I don't get why you defend more the contributions of one banned user and one anonymous IP who both added that map to articles without any explication at all to why they are pertinent, and not me who explained to you why it may be best to not put this map here because it is not reliable. -- RSVartanian (talk • contribs) 21:47, 23 April 2020 (UTC)
