Not notable aviation incident. Aircraft touching is not uncommon. The local newspaper calls[1] it a minor collision, this article calls it the same. A clear case of

Delete: The media and the article describes this as a minor collision. It is in the same category as two cars having a fender-bender in a shopping mall parking lot. Just not notable.
