A non-notable referee and telecoms worker. Fails

WP:BASIC. I disagree with the assertion in the article that he is the same person as Fr. Alfred Micallef, SJ. This source about the referee makes no mention of him writing for Times of Malta or being a friar. In turn, this article makes no mention of Fr.
