Keep Article may be CV but can be copyedited. G Scholar report a citation count of 873 and an H-index of 17, which is respectable, and marks him out as real researcher, assuming its the same guy at Institute of Digital Games, University of Malta. Hope that helps. I suspect that some academics don't satisfy

Just so I understand, the number of times he is cited is an indicator of how important his work is but when I click on the citations almost all are "circular" citations by one or more of the coauthors of his published works. Also from what I can see most if not all were written with his professors. How can one weed out the self citations and know if he is not just piggybacking on the notability of his professors?
