While all four of them technically have a valid claim of notability, i.e. having served as (interim) governors of the Mexican state of

Delete They are all written and edited by a sock farm, now CU blocked - by me. There's good evidence that all of them are actually socks of Tuesttay (talk · contribs) but the CU data is stale.
