Keep - I found multiple independent, reliable references that discuss the topic in detail. @

Where are the sources? Its going to take a lot of them since he doesn't meet the notability guidelines. Unless there are multiple in-depth articles in national sources, I'm going to say that he does not even come close to meeting notability.--
