A non-notable award with nothing to suggest notability. Fails
]- Comment. In the universe of the language in question it's a known thing, much mentioned in media, many famous Esperanto authors were awarded or took part in the commission that decides whom to award. The Esperanto version of the article gives the impression of its history. Yes, it's small (as is the language compared to English), but usually the notability criteria in wikipedias take the size in consideration (allowing writers from minority groups to still have biographies in Wikipedia).
