- Delete There are certainly independent, reliable sources that verify that she is the Director General of the BAnQ (eg [1], [2], [3], [4]) - note that I am not saying that they constitute SIGCOV, though. I have been trying to work out whether other archivists, about whom there are articles, are notable based on specific guidelines, or by virtue of being the head of national archives.
