Notability, subject was an undrafted player. He did spend time on the practice squad last season, but did not appear on the active roster and was cut earlier this year from the team and currently a free agent Edday1051 (talk) 20:01, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • @SwisterTwister: Not appropriate to redirect to the linked List of Atlanta Falcons players; that list's introduction states "It includes players that have played at least one game in the NFL regular season" -- i.e., not former players who were only members of preseason or practice squads. FYI, WP:BASEBALL does something similar to what you suggested for up-and-coming minor league baseball player by redirecting and including short one or two-sentence bios in a list of players within each MLB team's farm system of minor league teams. WP:NFL does not, primarily because the NFL does not have a farm system of minor league teams. Dirtlawyer1 (talk) 05:57, 21 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Non-notable former college football player trying who tried to make an NFL team, but did not. Subject does not satisfy the specific notability guidelines for college athletes per

As this was only listed in the proper category on Sept. 25, suggest extending discussion now that it has finally been brought to the attention of relevant editors. Cbl62 (talk) 14:54, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Extend time I agree, there will be no harm in that. I may change my mind, as I have been known to do.--Paul McDonald (talk) 18:12, 25 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. I am finding significant coverage (i.e., not just routine coverage such as passing mentions in game coverage or brief, one- or two-sentence signing-release notices), a small portion of which I have cited above, in multiple, reliable sources, including both Tennessee and national media outlets. While I appear to be in the minority, I believe the coverage is more than sufficient to pass

  • keep Theres more to the picture than meets the eye. On the surface he is just any other undrafted player, but there actually are a decent amount on sources, many nontrivial, about the guy. Kudos to Cbl62 for uncovering may of them. Id ventre to say he passes GNG if not any of the SNGs. ~EDDY (talk/contribs)~ 02:22, 26 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep as a
    WP:GNG pass, per Cbl62's sources. Ejgreen77 (talk) 02:14, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply
