Kazuyuki Kurashima

Japanese illustrator with a handful of video game credits, but he isn't even the main artist/art director on most of those games. I can't find a single reference establishing his notability, other than the fact that he exists; the only reference currently in the article is circularly cited from Wikipedia itself.
