The only source and claim to notability is that this book was a nominee for an obscure political award, and I could find no information about the nomination process on the award's website. Weak keepwhatever your feelings on libertarians the Prometheus award does carry some significant in SF and probably does convey notability. Weak because it's a nomination rather than a win - establishing notability by some other means would probably be a good idea. Artw (talk)
