I came across this newspaper after reading this front page of the newspaper on reddit. it's pretty clear that this newspaper has no standards but that's not relevant to the deletion discussion. It seems that the article was written by a paid agent, specially the "Copyright" section. Article fails

WP:NMEDIA. Also: the creator of this article is User talk:Pankajmohod, who happens to be working for Hitavada at the time and only article he has edited is this one. He hasn't edited for a long time though, and now works for TOI. I now understand why TOI has degraded so much. TryKid (talk) 17:40, 17 August 2019 (UTC)[reply

Keep: The newspaper passes NMEDIA. Established in pre-independence area, the newspaper has been used as source in various books like Changing political leadership in an Indian province: the Central Provinces and Berar, 1919-1939, Oxford University Press, 1979, Gandhi and Civil Disobedience Movement, Gitanjali Pub. House, 1985, Untouchable Pasts, SUNY Press, 1998, The Adivasis of Chhattisgarh, Asian Centre for Human Rights, 2006, Economy, society & politics in modern India, Vikas Publications, 1985, Reverence, Resistance and Politics of Seeing the Indian National Flag, Cambridge University Press, 2016, Provincial Legislatures and the National Movement, Northern Book Centre, 1991. The paper was part of Servants of India Society, founded by Gopal Krishna Gokhale. keep while notability is not inherited, rest of the rationale by Dharmadhyaksha is correct. Even according to background check performed by me, the subject passes
