- Delete - non-notable neighborhood. LadyofShalott 14:41, 28 February 2024 (UTC)
- In reply, it is a notable neighborhood, property and homes owned by people from California to Florida. A safe place to live in the mountains. Gamountainhiker (talk) 21:24, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
- Delete: The article has some problems (e.g., in-line link: "owners website members.sharp-mountain.com" which is a members-only link that is not available to Wikipedians in general), but on the whole, it is unremarkable from an encyclopedia standpoint. While the community is one of the most notable in its region, it may not rise to sufficient notability for inclusion in Wikipedia. ⁃ Firewall 04:42, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
- It's not notable in it's region. James.folsom (talk) 01:20, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
- The owners website was removed for reason noted. This page has been there for years, used by many people. Gamountainhiker (talk) 21:23, 3 March 2024 (UTC)
- Delete This is basically advertising that needs to be deleted.James.folsom (talk) 23:26, 29 February 2024 (UTC)
- The first reference is linked to wrong issue of the magazine. James.folsom (talk) 01:19, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
- The offending reference was removed, could not find where the original creator found it.
- The preserve is a popular place to live as North Ga., it has become recognized as far away as California. Gamountainhiker (talk) 15:23, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
- Well I grew up in North Georgia, and I hadn't ever heard of it. James.folsom (talk) 00:04, 2 March 2024 (UTC)
- no it is not advertising, as some one that lives in the Preserve, it is a growing community, over 20 homes under construction at this time. I removed the offending link not available without a userid and pw. This area of North Ga is growing as a good place to live. Gamountainhiker (talk) 15:11, 1 March 2024 (UTC)

- Keep, In a time of people moving for crime ridden cities, the North Ga mountains offers a huge advantage, this article has had a high hit rate since it was posted. It offers a different view of life as opposed to high density areas! - Delete it's not a neighborhood, it's a planned community. Significant portions read like the real estate listings they're also a part of. They're great for that, not an encyclopedia article. I can't find sourcing on which to build a neutral article as coverage only exists to sell it. Star Mississippi 15:16, 3 March 2024 (UTC)
- Delete unless someone can provide multiple references to reliable sources completely independent of The Preserve at Sharp Mountain that devote significant coverage to this development. This is not a neutrally written, properly referenced encyclopedia article. Real estate marketing brochures are not permitted on Wikipedia. Cullen328 (talk) 20:11, 3 March 2024 (UTC)]
- Delete per nom and just blatant advertising. Theroadislong (talk) 22:24, 3 March 2024 (UTC)
