This article does not have reliable sources. It was previously redirected for this reason, and "fixed" with the note that a redirect is not appropriate as the idea is separate. A variety of sources are used, but boil down to papers published by the idea's originator, conference proceedings, and two blog posts. A Google search does not throw up any other reliable sources that are not linked to the originator. I have seen no evidence of
