• Keep - At current, Ms. Finney would arguably not meet the standard of
  What If?. However, if basic notability guidelines are met by an individual, they do not necessarily need to meet the additional specific criteria laid out in the specific notability categories such as WP:NACTOR as long as the person in question is not part of an exclusion category (Which Yasmin Finney does not appear to be).
