Nominator's rationale: Underpopulated "People from [Place]" category. As always, categories of this type are not automatically created the moment there are just one or two people from that place to file in it -- there would need to be at least five people with Wikipedia articles to file here before a dedicated category was needed, and below five the people should just be filed in the most appropriate higher-level category (such as by region).
As I'm not highly knowledgeable about Ghana, I'm perfectly willing to withdraw this if somebody with more knowledge of Winneba can find more people to file here, but it isn't needed for just three people. Bearcat (talk) 16:37, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
