Malevious (talk · contribs) I've got just under 4000 edits. (A good amount being vandalism reverts) 100% edit summary usage. Just wanted to see what I could do to improve myself before I do an RfA. Malevious Userpage •Talk Page• Contributions 01:51, 23 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Reviews

  • A pleasure to review you! As you have told me already, you are on the verge of 4000 edits, and you have clean edit summary usage. You seem to do a lot of minor mainspace editing, which is very good. You also do vandal hunting, which is also helpful, but don't do too much vandal hunting, as you want to improve the encyclopedia by adding content. You may want to focus on the

  • I would support you, but others may feel you should have more Wikipedia talk edits. - Peregrine Fisher 21:49, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • Hey, thanks for asking me to review you. I'm not really sure what to say, I recognise the name from edits to the Charmed article and related articles. You say you have nearly 4000 edits, and it's good to see that vandalism is an important issue for you, as it is for me. Not really sure how you could improve. Maybe like it has been mentioned earlier, you should try to tackle the backlogs by adding to Wiki, either by creating important missing articles or expanding important articles which are lacking information. Hope this help.--NeilEvans 23:46, 28 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Comments

  • If you do run for adminship, please notify me via email so I can support your nomination. You are not generally permitted to recruit support in this manner but as I am specifically asking you to do so, the fault here would be mine, not yours. Note that you stand a substantially better likelihood of being "granted the mop" (made an administrator) if you have been able to take one or more articles to Featured Article status. I have never done this and it is not a requirement to get my nod of support, but some people really like this. If you are not sure what I am talking about, drop me a line. --Yamla 17:54, 12 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
  • My bad. The user fraudulently signed your name. Any connection? Enigma msg 06:35, 6 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, That deffinatly wasn't me. =|. Looking through the history of that user's talk page, the 'barnstar' that the user gave himself was taken from another page (User:Dennisthe2) then pasted on his talk page, and then modified to make it appear that I gave him a derogatory barnstar. Oddly enough though, he did that the day I put up I-CON as a copyright vio. Sorry for the delayed response, I've been busy with school and graduation. --Malevious Userpage •Talk Page• Contributions 16:45, 17 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Questions

  1. Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Probably Reaching Everyone By Exposing Lies. I did most of the work on the article myself. Another thing would be my work on the Charmed and The Suite Life articles.
  2. Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Not really, I try to remain
    civil
about things and discuss and problems with users. Any time there is a conflict I try to work it out best as I can.
