Whispering (talk · contribs) Now that I've been on Wikipedia for a year now I thought I would find out how I've been doing and ideas of where I should go from here. I do want to become an admin someday (although I'll never self nom). And just a note on my number of edits I do a lot of CSD usually half my time on Wikipedia is cruising new page patrol so that's why my edit count is so low. This looks pretty lonely. Quick run through your contributions: I like the contributions to WP: namespace. especially the "lesser" XfD's. Article space, a general problem I see is that folks once they get the anti-vandal gun stop writing articles. Ever so often it is worthwhile to pull an article out of AfD that you think is poorly written but a worthy topic, search for five or six sources and put it in shape. Doesn't have to be FA quality, but something that is provides a good summary and links to further reading. Good luck. ~ trialsanderrors 01:54, 1 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure why you'd need an editor review, except as prep for admin. Your participating in XfD is very good. Have you thought about working the help desk more? Also, part of NP Patrol is fixing some new articles rather than just speedy tagging everything, some just need some good sourcing rather than a deletion. A touch too much participating in that Word Association game. Other than that, most things look good, although as T&E pointed out, I'd work a bit more on articles. My personal goal is to create a new article a week. You are a very calm, civil and helpful user. Questions

Of your contributions to Wikipedia, are there any about which you are particularly pleased, and why?
Well I suppose it would be a partial rewriting of Kryptonite, and the start of the stub Roly Poly.
Have you been in any conflicts over editing in the past or do you feel other users have caused you stress? How have you dealt with it and how will you deal with it in the future?
Funny you should mention that, well I took it upon myself to clear out the computer mods category of the mods that were not notable about three months ago. And got quite a few nasty comments on my talk page even though I did think I kept my calm and got a barnstar for it later.
