The image has the license {{Non-free promotional}} and not {{Non-free album cover}}, and the image's title is "Zeroband", as the band it is illustrating. Its fair use says:

  • "It illustrates an educational article about the music group represented in the image."
  • "It is particularly appropriate for that purpose as each member of the group is clearly named."
  • "It also conveys the mood of the musical artists, which would not be achieved in -- for example -- a photo taken by a fan at an event."

And other arguments that are not enough for a fair use usage per

WP:NFCC#1
: "Non-free content is used only where no free equivalent is available, or could be created, that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose."

TL;DR, it is an album cover not used in an album page used to illustrate a band, whose members are still living. Therefore it doesn't satisfy

File is unencyclopedic. It does not satisfy

WP:NFCCP#8 whatsoever. It's used in a DVD release table column labeled "cover", therefore it does not significantly increase readers' understanding of the Survivorman series, merely "this is what the cover looks like". —  dainomite   06:16, 18 October 2014 (UTC)[reply

Fails

WP:NFCC#8, a close up of the respective artists which is not being discussed anywhere in the section where the image is used, and can be freely replaceable by image from commons. Requires better representation from the music video in question and needs side-by-side analysis of the shot so that it increases reader's understanding of the image, not just purely decorative. —Indian:BIO [ ChitChat ] 13:26, 18 October 2014 (UTC)[reply
