User was on Wikipedia for a few days in 2008. All of their other contributions have since been deleted as copyvios or promotion. File:Vixar2.jpg was deleted in 2012 as "no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license", so it seems likely the same is true here. The source being cited is a now-deleted copy of presumably the paper used in the article, https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/1511765, if anyone is able to check whether it CC-licenced its diagrams. - Delete The IEEE article doesn't have a free license and contains a clear "©2005 IEEE" notice. The image there is slightly different though, it's a black-and-white line drawing with a whale as the sound source. I can't find any indication that a version of this article or the images in it had a Creative Commons license. hinnk (talk) 20:49, 30 June 2025 (UTC)
