Sanket Goel

Hi, I've been editing this Draft of Sanket Goel (

Draft:Sanket Goel), an Indian Academician (also a Stanford Alumni and IITD alumni) who specializes in microfluidics and MEMS. The draft has been declined a couple of times but since then I've been working on it and wanted to know if there's something more to do Shashy 922 (talk) 11:21, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply

How to add tags to redirects

I added a Talk comment to [1] about the redirect being incorrect, but I'm not sure how to add a Delete tag to it (I understand that's the replacement for RfD)? Is that the right process to begin with? 2001:F70:C6C0:1500:76EE:87D6:9A96:D2CF (talk) 12:16, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I can't collapse sections on certain articles

On mobile, while they work properly on most articles, for whatever reason on some articles like UEFA, they can't be collapsed at all. I have no idea why. Reda84100 (talk) 13:27, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Reda84100: It's a limitation in the mobile site. If pages contain certain coding errors or unclean code then section collapsing is disabled. I don't know what causes it in UEFA. It has 142 kB source text so it could be difficult to track down. PrimeHunter (talk) 21:11, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@PrimeHunter @Reda84100 It's due to the massive number of flag icon templates. Since this patch the mobile frontend extension will not run on pages with over 1000 images. 163.1.15.238 (talk) 12:57, 18 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Publishing a draft created by a student editor

hey, several weeks ago I found this User:KiateKat/Dura_Europos'_"Brothel" draft created by student editor KiateKat. It looks good enough, so i've asked whether the editor has any plans to publish it (User_talk:KiateKat/Dura_Europos'_"Brothel"). The editor replied from an IP that they "wasn’t really planning on publishing it or working on it any more. Others are totally free to work on it and do what they want". Ahc84, who was an instuctor at that class, is not active. Is it ok by the policies to pubsish such draft? Artem.G (talk) 16:16, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Artem.G. You are perfectly free to work on that draft. Cullen328 (talk) 17:00, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
great, thanks! Artem.G (talk) 17:24, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Band name

When writing the name of the band, within the name, and thus the wikilink, should 'the' also be inserted, or without 'the'? As an example, in the following sentence: "James Skelly, Ian Skelly, Bill Ryder-Jones, Nick Power, Lee Southall, Paul Duffy and John Duffy, from the band the Coral. They were also brought up there." Hello,

This particular band The Coral seems to be very consistent in using a capital T. Cullen328 (talk) 18:28, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Copy of deleted article

An article I recently wrote was deleted this past week. Would it be possible to get a copy of the text for my own archival use? The article was about a podcast named Stores in the Room: Michael Jackson's Thriller Album Podcast.

Thank you. Nightboat (talk) 22:07, 16 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
