Come join WikiLA at the 9th Not-Annual Wiknic! Eat, drink, and enjoy the start of summer at Pan Pacific Park in Fairfax district (west of The Grove and east of El Coyote). Everyone is welcome regardless if they're an editor or not, as long as they adhere to the friendly space policy.

As part of this event, we'll also do a portal thing for a bit with our East Coast friends at Wikipedia:Meetup/NYC/Wiknic June 2024. We look forward to you joining us!

Where: The westside of Pan Pacific in the picnic area near the basketball courts
When: Saturday 8 June, 2024 - 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Getting parking

Parking is available at the park along with limited 2 hour only street parking and several nearby garages. LA Metro bus routes 14, 16 and 37 will serve the stop at 3rd and Beverly.

The Wiknic is a potluck. Sign up below for the necessaries (and semi-necessaries), and/or bring anything you want, as long as it's not alcohol, which is not generally allowed in LA County Parks. (If you have a Wikipedia account, use ~~~ to sign up.)
