Portal:Mind and brain

I dont think this works as a portal. its poorly maintained, definitely doesnt follow portal guidelines, and the subject, the philosophy of mind, would be better served by navboxes, such as the one featured here. subject also doesnt match the portal name, and the criteria seem unclear as to what this portal is trying to cover.
