The result of the discussion was BLP delete. This user page wasn't written by the user. It was written by BlueFive (talk · contribs). It's had people blanking it for BLP reasons since 2007, including edits by 89.243.223.72 (talk · contribs) claiming to be the subject and correcting factual errors. This is a biography of a living person without any sources and in the wrong namespace. We don't need to waste any more time on it, or leave it around any longer as the attraction for bad content that it has been over the past five years, especially as we have Michael Shrimpton (AfD discussion) and Michael Shrimpton (barrister and terror expert) in the article namespace to deal with.
