Sources: I nominated this for GA, and it was not passed due to issues with the sources. I've gone over the article since then. I mostly just want fresh eyes to check the sources and point out where they don't appear to verify the material.

Comments after a quick skim:

• I suggest level 3 headings in "References".
• Quotes are not necessary in references, as the reader can verify that information themselves. I suggest taking those out so that the page can load faster. I know that there were issues with sourcing in the last GAN, but the quotes are not necessary in the article, but you can save them in case someone challenges you to verify the information.
