Readers entering Wikimedia are far more likely to expect to end up at Wikimedia Foundation than they are to expect to end up at Wikimedia movement; evidence of this is with the respective notability of each page, with the foundation have 250,000 views in the past month, and the movement having 10,000.

Further evidence is that search engines like Bing and Google take users to the Foundation's wikipedia page, and not the movements.
