WikiWiki5678 has self-identified in a Teahouse post (diff) that they created ABP Ganga, whereas it was created by ZaxoteZ. Both accounts are currently actively editing at around the same time, and this Editor Interaction analysis shows that WikiWiki5678 always frequently edits shortly after ZaxoteZ, and never beforehand. And I knew I recognised the account name - Noormohammed satya has quite a history of sockpuppetry, although the last time I reported him for what I thought was a pretty obvious violation, it was ignored.  Check declined by a checkuser This account doesn't bear any of the hallmarks of previous socks - Noormohammed satya has been editing since 2011 on a variety of subjects (CPS socks are generally SPAs), and the content of the newly-created page doesn't resemble that of the deleted versions. I actually want to report an IP range, 2409:4061:x:x:x:x:x:x, where this one is the most recent incarnation; these IPs have been requesting the creation of typical CPS articles such as

WP:OUTING concerns with the diff to that request from the IP so I won't add it here). An earlier sockpuppet concerned with logos was WikiWiki5678, see the many notices at User talk:WikiWiki5678 and, e.g. [6], cf. [7] (by another sock) and [8]
by Noormohammed satya. From the user talk page activity it looks like Noormohammed satya is being used by the CPS socks and I have posted a note to their talk page, that they need to be more discriminating about creating articles on behalf of IP users.

Would a range block be possible? I'm not sure whether blocking just the IP in this report would help much, since the IPs have shifted pretty rapidly. I also wonder about the logos uploaded by NS; if they are not a sockpuppet but uploading files sent to them by a sockpuppet, it seems that those files should be deleted, too. bonadea contributions talk 17:48, 3 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I went through the edit history of User:Cuty Pie Sweetu and it is exclusively restricted to editing television channels and related articles which isn't the case with me. While I have recently edited articles related to Zee somewhat substantially, I don't think that on its own would be even circumstantial evidence for me being the same as that person. The articles that I created are channels that listed on the network and anyone would encounter them if they began reading up sources related to the network.   • CheckUser requested and endorsed by clerk - Please compare DreamTeamzz to Mhatre Akash. Based on the "dream" naming theme (vs several confirmed socks in the archive), I have no doubt that DreamTeamzz is Cuty. Mhatre is more complicated. Certainly plenty of overlap and other suspicious behavior, but Mhatre has never used Visual Editor, while DreamTeamzz does. There's one non-stale user in the archives (Tayi Arajakate), but they were found unrelated the last time, and I see no reason to question that. -- RoySmith (talk) 20:07, 29 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

RoySmith, sorry about not elaborating, I thought this would end up as confirmed with CU. I was comparing DreamTeamzz (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) with EditzIndia.
Both the accounts edit(ed) exclusively in the topic area of Indian television channels and their companies, and have mobile edit tags. They insert the same color coded directory lists in articles, compare these two for example Special:Diff/1016102180 and Special:Diff/1023773080. On a second look they haven't restored any specific pages, both of them did attempt to repeatedly restore redirected pages though, see Special:Diff/1025892166, Special:Diff/1025921091 and Special:Diff/1016592376, Special:Diff/1016479328.   • Ugh, this is a mess. I'm convinced that EditzIndia and DreamTeamzz are the same person based on extensive editing overlap and similarity of usernames as noted, plus some other BEANS I found. On the other hand, in 15 April 2021, I tagged DreamTeamzz as proven, and based partly on TonyBallioni's CU finding of "DreamTeamzz unlikely to Mhatre Akash", and some other reasons noted in the archive, I took no action on Mhatre Akash. Now I see that Mhatre Akash has since been CU-confirmed to Cuty Pie by Oshwah. In short
Cuty == DreamTeamzz
DreamTeamzz != Mhatre
Mhatre == Cuty
so we fail transitivity somewhere. One possibility is that this is really several different people in one big sock meta-farm, perhaps multiple people sharing accounts. In any case, there's no doubt this is all UPE/socking/COI of one flavor or another, so I'm not terribly worried if we've got mismatched hosiery. Sidharth TV, a non-notable article was created by user DreamTeamzz, a sock account on 18 May 2021. However he was later blocked on 30 May.

User Logitechsence created their account on 24 May and made their first edit to Sidharth TV[9]. They turned plain text to redlinks. Later, he created Draft:Sidharth Bhakti and Draft:Sidharth Gold, TV channels owned by Draft:Namita Agrawal and Draft:Sitaram Agrawal[10] for whom Logitechsence created drafts and submitted for AfC.

Summary: Sidharth Gold, Sidharth Bhakti,

91.9 Sarthak FM (violation of ban policy
), and Sidharth TV are owned by owned by Sidharth TV Network founded by Sitaram Agarwal and Namita Agrawal.

Possible sock is extensively editing Sidharth TV Network's articles.

Possible results: DreamTeamzz created Sidharth TV in violation of ban policy. And user Logitechsence is a possible sockpuppet of the master Cuty Pie Sweetu.

It is also a case of possible

  • This case is  Stale (though I haven't run CU to be sure, my tool that indicates whether the accounts are probably stale say no accounts in the archive or sock categories are not stale). Comparing to CU logs and SPI tools CU log tool to the CU results on running a check on Plusnow I would call this  Possible. Same country, but this country is known for having bad geolocation accuracy and very quickly changing dynamic IPs.  Behavioural evidence needs evaluation.
