. Worth noting he was indef blocked for failing to understand the intricacies of image uploads, which admittedly he seems to have resolved now. I believe the blocking admin at the time suggested no prejudice to unblock with a restriction on image uploads. I can't speak for BlueEyedFiendSS, although there is a similar editing pattern.
