• Comment In the increasingly robotified Wikipedia, a manual welcome template is a nice way to greet a colleague. Unfortunately, this template seems to be unused by the stats folk. It is reasonable to delete unused templates. But there is always the possibility that people just don't know about it. For instance, this template is neither mentioned at Wikipedia:WikiProject Statistics nor Wikipedia:WikiProject Statistics/Templates. I'd also include this TfD in the Wikipedia:WikiProject Statistics/Article alerts section if this is not done automatically. --Mark viking (talk) 19:56, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

• Concur - Though articles were deleted after creation of the navbox, I concur with its deletion due to the number of articles that currently exist.

Came across this old template which didn't make any sense to me, have no idea what it's used for if anything. XapApp · talk · contribs 08:06, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's coding for a certain colour background, if it's got a # then a small sequence of numbers and letters after it like this template does then it's coding for a certain coloured background. In my opinion in this case the dependency of whether it should be deleted or not depends on how much it is used. Until we know how much it is being used I will hold a Neutral position. • It is possible to check whether it is being used first, and nominators should ensure the nomination does not break the existing transclusions (which this one did; I've now fixed it). You're misreading the links list. The vast majority of those are just links and not transclusions, caused by the transclusion of {{User:IvoShandor/Census template}}. The template is transcluded at Wikipedia:WikiProject Illinois/Participants, but that's a single page (albeit one with lots of uses). Delete: While I was originally going to vote keep because unlike the other TfD today that is of a Number 1 Singles this template actually holds a fairly large number of songs (I count 16 to the 5 in the other template up for TfD) and would serve more of a useful purpose than the burden on the servers that it is to keep it what is said about it being redundant compared to the other Chesney template it makes sense to delete this.
