Anyone with a registered account is welcome to join the competition, and signups will close on August 18th. The competition will start on August 20, 2012. You will be added to the contestant list within a few days of signing up on this page, however, only content creation that was started in August will count for points (although the judges can make exceptions under special circumstances). We will let you know once you have been officially accepted. In the meantime, you should choose a video game-related emblem from Wikimedia Commons (look in the Game icons and the Video game hardware icons categories for some good icons to use). Watch the main page as well for news and updates on the competition!
