Premature? A somewhat reluctant endorsement of this summary

I don't know if an RfC is premature or not. Exidor has contributed constructively to other articles in the past. However, Exidor hasn't been very civil & is apparently well aware of that & seems to have absolutely no interest in being civil. Because of this, I can't imagine things getting better on their own. I'd like people to be able to work together to improve the possible

WP:NEO concerns that Exidor raised, but I don't see that happening until personal attacks stop & constructive criticism and suggestions about article content are made. --Karnesky (talk) 01:42, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply
