Remove ending div tag

There is an ending div tag that doesn't need to be there on this template. After the main text, there is a "</div>" when there was never an opening div. I've been instructed by editprotected}}

The problem has existed for a while (since sometime in 2006 I think), and Raul says that he copies/pastes TFAs from day to day, so removing the div on this day will prevent its appearance on future days.
