It's the real name of a guy from Eritrea and his blog. It's not a username issue, it's something else. Secretlondon (talk) 21:25, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
Not a violation of the username policy. Real names are permitted except when they imply that the editor is a specific living person they are not. Consider filing a report at the conflict of interest noticeboard. Secretlondon (talk) 21:26, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
Why are you presuming it's not an autobiography? It seems most likely it's their real name. Secretlondon (talk) 23:14, 25 June 2024 (UTC)
From reading the deleted page I cannot see that she's famous enough to get impersonators so I presume this is not misleading, this is her name. Secretlondon (talk) 23:19, 25 June 2024 (UTC)

(Non-administrator comment) That being said, if they keep posting auotbiographical material, and nothing else, I'd say they're likely
WP:NOTHERE so I've reported them to AIV. TornadoLGS (talk

At
AIV I had to decline it for lack of proper warnings. Warning was issued. Let's see their next post for AIV action if needed. -- Alexf(talk)

As someone who constantly reverts disruptive editors and reports vandals to
WP:AIV almost daily, I would greatly appreciate access to rollback permissions to facilitate my work. Skitash (talk

I see that you are failing to consistently warn editors when you revert their edits (e.g. 1, 2, 3). Why? It's important to leave a notification for every revert you make. Are you aware that we have tools such as Twinkle or Ultraviolet that make this extremely easy? -Fastily 21:58, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
I apologize for not consistently warning editors when reverting their edits. This was primarily the case with IP hoppers, as warnings seemed redundant given that IPs keep changing. For instance, instead of warning this IP I believed to be a
WP:RPPI to secure the article against long-term IP vandalism instead. Moving forward, I will make sure to issue a warning for every IP and registered user I revert. Skitash (talk
I had rollback on trial that expired about a year ago. My request to renew it was denied due to inactivity. I want to to request it again to gain access to

Not done When I declined your previous request, I asked you to spend a month actively patrolling RecentChanges. Upon reviewing your contributions, I found almost no reverts in the interim period. I see you made a handful of reverts today, however I'm specifically looking for experience acquired over time, not during a single day. Also, please ensure that you are consistently warning editors when you revert their edits. -Fastily 21:58, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
@Fastily: I have been patrolling RecentChanges for about a month, not only today. See my undo log. I assumed this would be enough. CFA💬 22:17, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
Please re-read my previous decline, I asked you to patrol consistently and actively. You're reverting vandalism sporadically for a day and then dropping off for weeks at a time. -Fastily 22:48, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
Alright, sounds good. I'll start patrolling more consistently. Thanks. CFA💬 01:05, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
