William Owen (September 10, 1825 – August 21, 1894)[1][2] was a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.

Biography

Owen was born on September 10, 1825, in

Calvinistic Methodists. His brother, David, was also a member of the Assembly. He died on August 21, 1894, in Caledonia, Wisconsin.[2][3]

Assembly career

Owen was a member of the Assembly during the Legislature of 1865.[3] He was a Republican.[5]
