Willow Hill is a village in Jasper County, Illinois. The population was 230 at the 2010 census.^[3]

Geography

Willow Hill is located in eastern Jasper County. It is 1 mile (2 km) south of Illinois Route 33 and 9 miles (14 km) east of Newton, the county seat.

According to the 2010 census, Willow Hill has a total area of 1.04 square miles (2.69 km²), all of it recorded as land.^[4] Hickory Creek, a tributary of the North Fork of the Embarras River, flows across the northeast portion of the village.
