Ali Jadbabaie is an Iranian-American systems scientist and decision theorist and the JR East Professor of Engineering at
Singh Program in Networked & Social Systems Engineering (NETS) at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.[3][4]
