Borová is a municipality and village in Svitavy District in the Pardubice Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,000 inhabitants.

Borová lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of Svitavy, 43 km (27 mi) south-east of Pardubice, and 130 km (81 mi) east of Prague.

The first written mention of Borová is from 1349.[2]
