Bowstring Township is a township in Itasca County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 230 at the 2010 census.^[3]

Bowstring Township took its name from Bowstring Lake.^[4]

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.0 square miles (93 km²), of which 26.6 square miles (69 km²) is land and 9.4 square miles (24 km²), or 26.12%, is water.
