Nugee was

taking silk in 1998, then elected a Bencher of the Inn in 2003. He then served as a High Court Judge from 2013 until 2020, assigned to the Chancery Division.[6] Appointed a Knight Bachelor in 2014,[7][8] he was promoted Lord Justice of Appeal in October 2020[9] being sworn of the Privy Council.[10]
