Colonel Shuffle is a fictional character in the Looney Tunes stable, based in the Southern United States.
History
He has been shown as fiercely loyal to this region and deeply offended by anything that he feels reminds him of the Northern United States.

Later appearances
A Colonel Shuffle-lookalike appears in the Tiny Toon Adventures episodes "Gang Busters" and "Fairy Tales for the 90's", voiced by Joe Alaskey. In the first he's a prison warden of the prison in which Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck are incarcerated, and in the second he's a toy company CEO who wants to possess ownership on Buster Bunny to market toys in his image.
Shuffle made his last animated appearance in The Sylvester & Tweety Mysteries episode "The Cat Who Knew Too Much", under the name of Colonel Louie Z. Anna, an old rival of Granny's turned villain who tried to kidnap Tweety.
