The registered office is in Amsterdam, Netherlands and its headquarters are in Turin, Italy. The company is listed on the Euronext Milan stock exchange. Iveco Group was officially established as an independent company on January 1, 2022, following its spin-off from CNH Industrial.[3] The separation was finalised on December 31, 2021, and Iveco Group's initial public offering (IPO) took place on January 3, 2022, with Exor holding a 27% stake.[4][5][6]
The roots of Iveco Group can be traced back to 1975 with the creation of IVECO (Industrial Vehicles Corporation) through the merger of five truck brands: Fiat Veicoli Industriali, OM and Lancia Veicoli Speciali, Unic from France and Magirus Deutz from Germany. Notably, on January 3, 2025, the ownership of Magirus was transferred to Mutares.[7]

- HEULIEZ focuses on passenger transport buses[10].
