Title blacklisted

@DrowssapSMM: what was the reason on why the title was blacklisted and how can we fix that? There are articles with similar titles, such as 5α-Pregnan-17α-ol-3,20-dione or 5α-Pregnane-3α,17α-diol-20-one. Maxim Masiutin (talk) 04:23, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Looking through the title blacklist, it looks like it's blocking moving of pages with mixed Latin/Greek script titles. I'm not certain on that, however. DrowssapSMM 04:31, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
This is strange, because Greek characters are used in chemistry and we already have many pages related to chemistry with these characters. Maxim Masiutin (talk) 04:33, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It would probably work if you just copy-pasted it into a new mainspace article, since it specifies that it blocks moves only due to false positives. DrowssapSMM 04:35, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Why it is 5α-pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one? It should be 5α-Pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one (see uppercase letter "P" after "5α-", not lowercase "p")?
See similar pages (that have uppercase "P" after "5α-"):
I tried to create 5α-Pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one but this draft talk is for 5α-pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one.
Can you please create it as 5α-Pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one, as I initially intended? Maybe this lowercase 5α-pregnane-3α,11β-diol-20-one is the reason why Wikipedia didn't allow it? Maxim Masiutin (talk) 19:38, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I have published the page. DrowssapSMM 20:51, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much! You've made my day! You might have noticed via https://xtools.wmcloud.org/pages/en.wikipedia.org/Maxim%20Masiutin/all that I created in the past a number of pages of chemical compounds, mostly steroids. Maxim Masiutin (talk) 03:13, 21 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Can you please ask advise from your fellow editors who specialize in organic chemistry? Maxim Masiutin (talk) 19:39, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
