Ekpeye people,[citation needed] also known as Ekpeye Kingdom, is a tribe of the Igbo people in Rivers State, Niger Delta, Nigeria. They are predominantly found in Ahoada East and some in Ahoada West Local Government Areas in Rivers State. Ahoada is an Ekpeye city in Rivers, Nigeria.

The Ekpeye people celebrate Ogwu Ekpeye.[1]

Politics

Ekpeye people are one of the ethnic groups in Rivers State Nigeria.

Language

The Ekpeye people speak Igbo language with Ekpeye dialect.[citation needed]
