Description

This is the rear half of a Yankee Hill Machine "Cobra .45" .45-caliber pistol suppressor. The Nielsen device (also known as a muzzle booster, recoil booster, or piston) is housed in the rear of the suppressor. In this photo, the piston retaining ring has been unscrewed and the piston (and its spring) has been partially withdrawn from the rear of the suppressor, to demonstrate the working relationship of these components.
