Fu Quanyou (Chinese: 傅全有; pinyin: Fù Quányǒu; born November 1930) is a general of the People's Republic of China.[1]
Biography
Fu was born in Guo County (now
Yuanping), Shanxi in 1930.[1] He joined the People's Liberation Army in October 1946, and the Chinese Communist Party in August 1947.[2]
He joined the
General Staff Department of the PLA in September 1995.[2]
Fu was a member of the Central Military Commission from October 1992 until his retirement in March 2003.[2]
