The Henry H. Houston Elementary School is an historic

The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
History and architectural features
The building was designed by Irwin T. Catharine and built between 1926 and 1927. It is a three-story, nine-bay, brick building which sits on a raised basement. It was designed in the Late Gothic Revival-style, and features a projecting stone entryway with Tudor arched opening, stone surrounds, and a crenelated parapet.[2]
The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989.[1]
