Horní Smrčné is a municipality and village in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 50 inhabitants.
Horní Smrčné lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-west of Třebíč, 15 km (9 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 128 km (80 mi) south-east of Prague.
