Irina Anatolyevna Ilchenko (Russian: Ирина Анатольевна Ильченко; born 3 August 1968, in Ivanovo), known as Irina Ilchenko or Irina Smirnova, is a retired Russian volleyball player. Born in Yekaterinburg, she competed for the Soviet Union at the 1988 Summer Olympics, the Unified Team at the 1992 Summer Olympics, and Russia at the 1996 Summer Olympics.[1]

She is the mother of the Russian player Ksenia Ilchenko Parubets.
