Munch Township is a township in Pine County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 222 at the 2000 census.

Munch Township was named for three brothers named Munch who worked as lumberman in the area.^[3]

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 36.1 square miles (93.4 km²), of which 35.5 square miles (91.9 km²) is land and 0.6 square mile (1.5 km²) (1.58%) is water.
